- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper, allowing overhang.
- Beat the cream cheese in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
- Gradually mix in the granulated sugar and vanilla extract.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing thoroughly after each.
- Gently fold in the heavy cream and flour until just combined.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50 minutes.
- Let cool in the pan for 30 minutes before refrigerating for at least 2 hours.
Notes
For a lighter option, substitute half the cream cheese with Greek yogurt. Consider topping with fresh berries or a chocolate drizzle.
