2 medium Carrots

2 cloves Garlic
500ml Chicken Stock
1 tsp Herbs de Provence
250g Self-Raising Flour
100g Butter
150ml Milk
Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare Your Ingredients: Gather and chop all ingredients.
- Brown the Chicken: Heat oil in a pot and brown the chicken pieces on all sides.
- Sauté Vegetables: Add onions, carrots, and celery to the pot; sauté until softened.
- Add Garlic and Stock: Stir in minced garlic and chicken stock, scrape browned bits from the pot.
- Simmer: Bring to a simmer, cover, and cook for about 20 minutes.
- Prepare the Cobbler Topping: Mix self-raising flour with butter until crumb-like, then gradually stir in milk.
- Assemble the Dish: Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F) and pour the chicken mix into a baking dish. Top with spoonfuls of cobbler dough.
- Bake: Bake for 20 minutes until the topping is golden.

Notes
