Ingredients

Scale

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 tablespoons granulated sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Vegetable oil (for frying)

Powdered sugar (for dusting)

Notes

For a healthier version, use whole wheat flour or substitute sugar with honey.
