1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder

Instructions
- Prep the broccoli by washing and chopping into small, bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into round or oval poppers, about 1 to 2 inches in diameter.
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Arrange poppers in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Carefully remove poppers, let them cool, and serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
Ensure broccoli is well-dried if using frozen. For a vegan version, substitute egg with flax or chia seeds mixed with water.
