Description

Ingredients

4 Potatoes (Russet or Yukon Gold)

2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Salt, to taste

Pepper, to taste

Optional Toppings: sour cream, chives, cheese, bacon bits


Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly.
  2. Poke several holes around the potatoes with a fork.
  3. Rub the potatoes with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and place the potatoes in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 35-40 minutes, turning halfway through.
  6. Check for doneness by inserting a fork; cook longer if necessary.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving with toppings.
